SEPTIN7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,458 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, NAP1L3, and DACT3. Each is linked with SEPTIN7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN7 versus LMOD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
