SEPTIN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with SEPTIN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by SEPTIN7-low versus SEPTIN7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
