Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,044 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of chromosome separation, and Mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with SEPTIN7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by SEPTIN7-low versus SEPTIN7-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
