SEPTIN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,588 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, MYLK, and RPL5. Each is linked with SEPTIN4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN4-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN4 versus SYNPO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
