SEPTIN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,252 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOM1L2, TOP2A, and TOP2A_S1377. Each is linked with SEPTIN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN3-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN3 versus TOM1L2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
