SEPTIN14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A33, ILKAP, and EIF4A1P3. Each is linked with SEPTIN14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN14-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A33 grouped by SEPTIN14-low versus SEPTIN14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
