SEPTIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 996 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX43P2, RNA5SP93, and RPL9P6. Each is linked with SEPTIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX43P2 grouped by SEPTIN1-low versus SEPTIN1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
