Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPXCR1, SSMEM1, and MMP26. Each is linked with SEMA7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA7A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA7A results are reported.
