Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,832 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEMA6A_S715, VAMP8, and NCOR1. Each is linked with SEMA6A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA6A versus SEMA6A_S715 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
