Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4G-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1P63, RN7SL354P, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with SEMA4G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA1P63 grouped by SEMA4G-low versus SEMA4G-high in PRAD.
