SEMA4F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,671 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, KIFAP3, and AS3MT. Each is linked with SEMA4F in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4F-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA4F versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4F→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
