Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEMA4F RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEMA4F data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SEMA4F RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEMA4F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, DLBC, and UCEC are the cancer types where SEMA4F RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
