Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 678 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4F-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALOX12, RPL34, and RPS13. Each is linked with SEMA4F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4F-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA4F versus ALOX12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4F→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
