SEMA4F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,094 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4F-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBRG1, FOXJ2, and PRR11. Each is linked with SEMA4F in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4F-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBRG1 grouped by SEMA4F-low versus SEMA4F-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4F→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
