Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA4F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,251 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis, Cytokinesis, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with SEMA4F in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4F-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4F results are reported.
