SEMA4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXE3, NPFFR1, and KLK15. Each is linked with SEMA4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXE3 grouped by SEMA4C-low versus SEMA4C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
