Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,698 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3F-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECE1, PLK2, and SLC9A3R1. Each is linked with SEMA3F in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3F-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3F versus ECE1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3F→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
