Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,511 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Protein destabilization. Each is linked with SEMA3F in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3F-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process grouped by SEMA3F-low versus SEMA3F-high in OVARY.
