Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,095 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB1, MAP9_S79, and CAB39L. Each is linked with SEMA3E in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3E-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3E versus PLCB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3E→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
