Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,470 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3E-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCB1, PLCB1-IT1, and MTMR8. Each is linked with SEMA3E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3E-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3E results are reported.
