SEMA3E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3E mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3E-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, eEF2, and N-Ras. Each is linked with SEMA3E in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3E-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SEMA3E-low versus SEMA3E-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3E→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
