Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,159 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Sensory perception of mechanical stimulus. Each is linked with SEMA3E in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3E-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress grouped by SEMA3E-low versus SEMA3E-high in BONE.
