SEMA3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Cyclin-E2, and Stathmin. Each is linked with SEMA3D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by SEMA3D-low versus SEMA3D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
