SEMA3D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,293 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and Transcription preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with SEMA3D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair grouped by SEMA3D-low versus SEMA3D-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
