SEMA3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN8, SLC32A1, and SUPT20HL1. Each is linked with SEMA3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDN8 grouped by SEMA3D-low versus SEMA3D-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
