Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,457 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB2, TIMP3, and MEIS3. Each is linked with SEMA3C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3C versus APBB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
