The most reproducible SEMA3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cardiac neural crest cell migration involved in outflow tract morphogenesis, Positive regulation of cardiac neural crest cell migration involved in outflow tract morphogenesis, and Venous blood vessel development. Each is linked with SEMA3C in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3C results are reported.
