Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,552 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH6, BHMT, and KRT19. Each is linked with SEMA3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3B versus CDH6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
