Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,110 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chemorepulsion of axon, Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, and Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol. Each is linked with SEMA3B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chemorepulsion of axon grouped by SEMA3B-low versus SEMA3B-high in PANCREAS.
