SEMA3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIPF, OR1L6, and GLP1R. Each is linked with SEMA3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIPF grouped by SEMA3A-low versus SEMA3A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
