Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,708 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, PLXND1, and MYO1G. Each is linked with SELE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELE-to-partner and partner-to-SELE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELE versus WIPF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
