Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 365 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELE-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK10, HRH3, and PLCB4. Each is linked with SELE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELE-to-partner and partner-to-SELE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELE versus KCNK10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
