SELE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,901 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELE-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAE1, SCFD1, and CWC27. Each is linked with SELE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELE-to-partner and partner-to-SELE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAE1 grouped by SELE-low versus SELE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
