SELE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELE-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, MMP26, and CRP. Each is linked with SELE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELE-to-partner and partner-to-SELE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by SELE-low versus SELE-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
