Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEL1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEL1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NES, IL17RD, and STOX2. Each is linked with SEL1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L versus NES in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEL1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEL1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
