SEL1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEL1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,173 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEL1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM10, ORC1, and BPY2DP. Each is linked with SEL1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM10 grouped by SEL1L-low versus SEL1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEL1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEL1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
