SEL1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEL1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,864 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEL1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SEL1L in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport grouped by SEL1L-low versus SEL1L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEL1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEL1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
