SEL1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEL1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEL1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51A, DSCAML1, and UBTFL1. Each is linked with SEL1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXorf51A grouped by SEL1L-low versus SEL1L-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEL1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEL1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
