SEC61G-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61G-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,993 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC61G-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Protein maturation by iron-sulfur cluster transfer. Each is linked with SEC61G-DT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61G-DT-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61G-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by SEC61G-DT-low versus SEC61G-DT-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61G-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61G-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
