Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC61G-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEC61G-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher SEC61G-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC61G-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and UVM show a favorable association.

UCS, KICH, and HNSC are the cancer types where SEC61G-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
