Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC31A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,952 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC31A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, AEBP1, and CNN2. Each is linked with SEC31A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC31A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC31A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC31A versus RAI14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC31A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC31A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
