SEC31A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC31A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,660 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC31A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDN1, KDELR3, and LIN9. Each is linked with SEC31A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC31A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC31A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC31A versus MDN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC31A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC31A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
