SEC31A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC31A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC31A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ACC1. Each is linked with SEC31A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC31A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC31A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SEC31A-low versus SEC31A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC31A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC31A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
