SEC31A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC31A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,375 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC31A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with SEC31A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC31A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC31A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by SEC31A-low versus SEC31A-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC31A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC31A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
