SEC24C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC24C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,394 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARG, GBF1, and POLR3A. Each is linked with SEC24C in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24C versus PARG in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
