SEC24A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,105 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC1, CALU, and CERT1. Each is linked with SEC24A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24A versus PRRC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
