SEC24A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,679 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP68, FCRL5, and MZB1. Each is linked with SEC24A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24A versus CEP68 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
