SEC24A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, eIF4G, and MEK1. Each is linked with SEC24A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by SEC24A-low versus SEC24A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
