Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC24A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,667 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SEC24A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24A results are reported.
