SEC24A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC24A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 991 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, SFTPB, and ARL6. Each is linked with SEC24A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by SEC24A-low versus SEC24A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
